Crawler travel gear is a type of heavy vehicle propulsion that commonly found in tanks, excavators, and specialized off-road vehicles. They have an advantage over wheels when it comes to robust weight distribution soft terrain, some disadvantages as well. can damage paved roads complex design so, considering the enormous they must carry, their reliability be determined verified. The main parts assembly are drive wheels, which move crawler, supporting structure holds four-wheel bogies two-wheel bogies. In this paper, we present methodology for FEM analysis eight-wheel bogie according DIN 22261-2 standard.
